My Review for The Elder:
So this book is a murder mystery with a love story wrapped in. This booked reminded me of Tami Hoag’s writing.
With a “beloved” member of the community being murdered and having a hidden life. The cops have very little to go on and the family doesn’t seem to want to help or know anything.
Detective Arabella Matthews is a single mother and head detective in this town. She is a no-nonsense kind of person. She has no time for love or peoples crap. When she and her partner Logan are called into the King lawyer office to find the senior King murdered and the two sons the prime suspects.
Benton King is a lawyer at his fathers firm. Porter is the County Sheriff. There is also a sister Charlotte in the King family. As all the King family seems close none of them seem to know what is going on with their father.
Arabella and Benton decide to work together to find his fathers killer. While everyone tries to figure out what is going on, Arabella and Benton start having feelings for each other. But it is very subtle. And that is what I liked about this story. I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review.
Celia Aaron is a recovering attorney who loves romance and erotic fiction. Dark to light, angsty to funny, real to fantasy—if it’s hot and strikes her fancy, she writes it. Thanks for reading.

My review for Double Daddies:
I think this one is my favorite! Wilder and Lincoln are two ex-marines that are now in charge of Kenzie a just turned 18-year old. Kenzie has a problem with authority so when she finally pushes Wilder and Lincoln too far things become extremely heated.
I loved this story. It was so freaking hot and steamy and the characters are out of this world. If you have never read any of Madison’s books this is the one to start with!
the dirty alter ego of the very wholesome, very normal suburban housewife behind the stories. While she might be a wife, mom, and PTA organizer on the outside, there’s nothing but hot, steamy, and raunchy fantasies brewing right
beneath the surface!Tired of keeping them hidden inside or only having them come out in the bedroom, they’re all here in the form of some wickedly hot stories. Single-minded alpha hero, sinfully taboo relationships, and wildly over-the-top scenarios. If you love it extra dirty, extra hot, and extra naughty, this is the place for you! (Just don’t tell the other PTA members you saw her here…)

Wow! I really enjoyed this story💓 This is the third book in this series but in no way do you feel like you are missing anything. Although it is always nice to have back stories, you do get what you need to keep this story going.
Nathan loves to watch people. Mostly people having sex. So when he sees the girl across the way doing just that and he can’t get her out of his mind, he knows he is in trouble.
Emberleigh is a student, med-worker, daughter and a girl who has some dirtiness and secrets inside her. So when she meets Nathan things start getting steamy and dirty fast.
This book took me to a couple places I didn’t expect. The sex in this book is beyond most things but written very well. I loved the characters and their personalities. I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review💞
One minute, pregnant Leah Andrews is throwing up over the side of a yacht and the next, she’s married to party boy Brooks. It’s an arrangement born of sheer desperation to save her job, but now the tabloids are all over them, their friends are running a pool betting on whether they’ll actually stay married until Baby Day, and worst of all, she and her new husband might just be falling for one another. But they belong in opposite worlds. It’ll never work.
Billionaire app developer Brooks Larson lives his life on the light side. Until he tries to play hero and claims to be Leah’s husband. Now he’s up to his ears in Lamaze classes, baby powder…and unexpected marital bliss. But he’d make a rotten husband and horrible father. Leah and the baby deserve so much better. Add in major baby daddy drama and the whole situation is the worst idea EVER. But sometimes those bad ideas might just be the best ones.
Kira Archer resides in Pennsylvania with her husband, two kiddos, and far too many animals in the house. She tends to laugh at inappropriate moments and break all the rules she gives her kids (but only when they aren’t looking), and would rather be reading a book than doing almost anything else. Most of her non-writing hours are spent hanging with her family and running her kids around because they are busy and she’s the taxi driver. She loves her romances a little playful, a lot sexy, and always with a happily ever after. She also writes historical romances as Michelle McLean.
I really loved this book. I have not read the first one that goes with this book (69 Million Things I Hate About You) but I didn’t feel like I was missing anything at all.
This story is centered around Leah and Brooks. Their romance is not one anyone sees coming since it is not really meant to be. Leah is a straight shooter. She works for a private school and doesn’t do anything “fun” as her friends say. So when she decides to have a one night stand for the first time, it is her luck that she becomes pregnant.
While at her friends baby christening she ends up throwing up over the godfather’s boat. Brooks is there (it is his boat) and asks if she is okay, while they are having their conversation she tells him she is pregnant. Finding out that Leah could lose her job because of a mortality clause (being pregnant and not married) Brooks offers to marry her so that she can keep her job.
But when Brooks finds out who the father is of Leah’s baby will things change for them? Will Brooks stick around and will the baby daddy mind sticking around?
This is a great story and I couldn’t put it down. I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review.
“I strongly admire the fact that Samuels brought mental illness to the forefront and turned it into a heartbreakingly beautiful and encouraging novel.” – Reader Review
“I am an emotional mess. This book ensnared me from the beginning and enthralled me to the end. The way this writer wrote this story just blows me away.” – Reader Review
What can I say about Kailee Samuels that hasn’t already been said? Her writing is just beyond anything you can read by most other authors. She brings out such emotions when you read her stories that sometimes it is hard to read her books. You almost have to physic yourself up to read her books. You know you’re going to cry, get upset, get horny, laugh, and at the end have your happy ending (you hope with every character).
This story takes on some issues that might be hard for some to read. I thought Kailee did an excellent job of combatting depression and such in this book. I loved this story and would reread it again.

Embracing diversity. Coffee addict. Mango lover. Blueberry fetishist. Sweet peach tea crazy. Red wine devout. Whiskey deviant. Tattooed & pierced. Loves shoes. Collects rosaries. Fanatical organizer/cleaner/list-maker. Never sleeps. Hermit and recluse.
KAILEE REESE SAMUELS has been spinning tales since she can remember. Her books are contemporary fiction with a no-holds-barred attitude. She adores listening to her character’s ramble and putting them into situations that push the boundaries.
Creativity is the way to change.
