Series: Winston Brothers by J.L Beck & Stacey Lewis Includes: The Baby Arrangement 📖Review📖, The Baby Mistake 📖Review📖, & The Baby Contract (Coming-Soon)
One: I don’t make mistakes
Two: I’m never going to settle down with one woman
I’m the fun brother, the jokester, the one who’s never serious…
At least, not until I lose the biggest influence in my life.
Now I’m spiraling out of control, so much so I spent the night after the funeral drowning my sorrows. First in the bottom of a bottle…then in the body of a blonde bombshell who looked at me like I could make all her carnal dreams come true.
Spoiler alert: I did.
I don’t remember her name or what she looked like, but now she’s consuming my every thought.
It doesn’t help that my brother selected a brand new intern with a banging body and blonde hair that makes me think of her to be my assistant for the next six weeks.
I spend my days trying not to bend her over my desk and make her mine…
And my nights dreaming about the girl who got away.
Everything changes when the secret she’s been hiding comes out……and I realize I made a huge mistake.
**This is book two in The Winston Brothers Series, however, it can be read as a standalone, separate from book one, The Baby Arrangement. Though, we do recommend you read that book first since The Baby Mistake does contain spoilers from The Baby Arrangement. It’s baby making, alpha loving, Kindle fanning romance, so prepare yourself with a towel. HEA included.**
Ryker is the second son of the Winston family and now it is his turn to fall in love. Ryker is having a very hard time with his father passing and not doing a good job of hiding it. So when he meets a sexy and sweet blond at the bar the night they put his father in the ground all bets are off for him and her.
Ava is celebrating her new job and is taken out by her friends to do just that. But when she sees Mr. Serious across the bar the sexual tension is felt by everyone. Ryker and Ava end up at a hotel and have a blast. But when Ryker wakes up Ava is gone and they both have no idea who each other are.
But when Ava finds out who her new boss is two weeks later, and he doesn’t remember her. Ava is heartbroken.
These two have a lot of things to get over and through. I loved this story and the characters. Ava and Ryker are WONDERFUL characters and need to be read. It was nice to see Reed and Fallon also. I can’t wait to see where J.L and Stacy take us next. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy for my honest review.
4 1/2 Stars!!
It has taken me about a day to come to terms with what I read with this book. Aashna is a new author and I was extremely happy to have read her debut book.
Unravel is a book that you get a little bit of information about, but omg is it so much more. Vienna Roy and Kingston Sharp are complex characters that you don’t get a handle on until the end. But you have to stick with this story and it is oh so worth it.
I would have given it a full 5 stars but the ending kicked my a$$. I didn’t see that one coming. I am so excited to read and see where the next book takes us. If you have time, this is a book to read. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy for my honest review.
Aashna K is an up and coming author, who loves writing about love. Ever since she was a teenager, love stories have fueled her imagination, so finally, after over a decade of daydreaming and brainstorming, she took the plunge and grabbed the metaphorical pen and started writing. She enjoys writing stories about first love and second chances, and always gravitates towards characters that are strong, stubborn, and know who they are. Conflict and passion drives her stories and a strong pair of protagonists, makes the book.
Apart from writing she enjoys travelling, cooking and being silly with her husband and rambunctious Brittany spaniel.
Series: The Fallen Men by Giana Darling Includes- Lessons in Corruption & Welcome to the Dark Side 📖Both Reviewed📖
I was a good girl.
I loved Zeus in the first book. I mean he had such a wonderful presence, and he took such great steps for King that I mean you had to love him. But who knew that the love affair he would have would be this one. And it starts so far in the past with letters that you get a different part of Zeus.
I love Lou Lou. She kicks a$$ and takes names. Even going through chemo she is so strong. We see Lou Lou grow up from a church-going young woman to a teenage rebel that wants Zeus like nothing else.
Zeus fights wanting Lou Lou because he knows it is wrong. I mean the age gap is big, but when you find your soul mate what are you suppose to do?
These two belong together. And age is nothing but a number.

King is a brilliant character. He might only be 18 but living the life he does he is way beyond his years. So when he sees a woman that he wants he knows what he wants and goes for it. And what he wants is Cressida.
Cressida has been married since she was 18. She is now 24 and living a boring life with a man she really doesn’t want. So when she sees a beautiful man across the street after grocery shopping she falls in love. So after trying to get her husband to try something new and he makes her feel like crap, she finally has the balls to ask for a divorce.
Months later we find out how Cressida and King meet and man is it explosive.
I loved this story and the characters! This is a must-read.
The love story is brilliant and add the MC on top of it and you have a hit!
Author: Maria Luis
Again what a rollercoaster ride. I haven’t felt a hangover like this in a while. Maria brings you right into the middle of these peoples lives and drops you in. Love it!
Now we know more about what is going on with Avery and Lincoln. We have their past and some of what they want for their future. But man we have no idea the depths these bad people will go to get what they want. And what they want is the city of New Orleans.
Avery and Lincoln need each other and whatever friends they still have at the end of this to come out alive. But what secrets will they find and what secrets might tear them apart?
I loved this duet and I will be reading more of Maria’s books. I am a big fan now.
What a great freaking book!! I devoured my first Maria Luis book.
This story starts out with a bang and keeps you guessing all the way to the end, which of course ends on a cliff. But that is okay TRUST ME!
Avery is a 13-year-old girl when she ends up on the streets. She has to become unknown and a shadow to stay safe. Now at 25, she has become many people but she is Avery Washington a tarot card reader. She is a loner that has secrets that could get her killed, or so she believes.
Lincoln Asher has a history that is not pretty. He is a detective, killer, drug runner, and so much more. But in the very core of his soul, he has a heart, it just hasn’t beat for a very long time. But when he meets Avery on chance, he finds a young woman that defies everything he believes and sees him for what he could become not what he was.
I loved this story and couldn’t wait for the next one.
When she’s not writing about strong men and the sassy women who sweep them off their feet, Maria is a historian who specializes in medieval England and 19th century New Orleans. What do the two eras have in common, you ask? Not much, except for disease, scandalous activities and crime–Maria’s favorite topics.
Maria lives in New Orleans with her better half, where she can generally be found hiking with her two dogs, Zeus and Athena, kayaking in Louisiana’s inter-coastal waterways, or curled up on the couch with a good book.

So this book starts out with Charlie and Shay running away from a horrible group of people that are trying to overtake the government. Which we met in the last book. Shay helps Charlie escape this group and get to the town his sister is living in. When Charlie sees that his sister is okay but married to 5 guys he is a little-pi**ed off. Needless to say, Charlie does not find anything good about the lottery. Until Shay says she wants to enter it, but Charlie has to be her first husband.
Shay is a very strong character. I loved that. She has so many secrets that she is hiding, but over time we learn them. But will we learn them in time? Shay ends up marrying Charlie, Henry, Jonas, Rafe, and Gabriel each of them with their own problems, history, and show of love. But will any of them be the families downfall? Or will they all end up with their happy ever after?
Again this book has a lot of twists and turns but I loved the characters and the story that I could not put my Kindle down. I am excited to see where Stasia goes next with this series.
When will I meet the last one? My last fiancé?”

yours. Henry narrowed his eyes in return, but he spoke up, looking back to Shay. “The wedding usually takes place a few weeks after the lottery. After we’ve all had a chance to get acquainted with each other and feel comfortable
enough to share a living space.” Henry held up a hand like he was anticipating resistance. “That doesn’t mean we’re expected to share a bed right away,
am.” She was more than fine with it. Looking between the four of them, she felt the quiver start deep in her sex. Wrong as it probably was, she looked forward to fucking these four men. And the fifth who was still a stranger.

and their teenage son. Wow. Typing that makes her feel old. And writing about herself in the third person makes her feel a little like a nutjob, but ahem! Where were we?
that make readers alternately laugh, cry ugly tears, want to toss their kindles across the room, and then declare they have a new FBB (forever book boyfriend).
Wow. Surface is my first Anna Brooks story and I loved it. This is a great start to a new series.
Royce is an over the top alpha man that loves his woman and will do anything for her.
Paisley is a sweet girl that is very well protected girl since her dad owns a security firm. Royce just happens to work for him.
These two have great chemistry and I love this storyline. I liked all the secondary characters also and can’t wait to read their stories.

Dahlia got caught up in my dangerous past a long time ago, but she rebuilt her
life. Now, I’m back because she’s the only person I can trust. And I couldn’t
stay away for another day.
Being near me means danger for the both of us because no one leaves the mob
unscathed. She’s inking over my past one day at a time and it’s strictly
business for her, but the flames licking at our heels aren’t just from the heat
But the only thing harder than leaving the mob is leaving her. I’ll show her
that what we have is forever as long as I’m still breathing…
~My Review for Under His Ink~
Under His Ink is the start of a new series- Under His- that is loosely tied in with the Mister Series. Dahlia is roommates with Rachal from Mr. Ruin. So we get to see Rachal and Dahlia’s side of how things went in that book.
This story has a mafia theme which I loved. Dahlia and Ivan have a bad history. Ivan had to leave Dahlia when it was the worse of timing. But to save her life that is what he had to do. Years later Dahlia is making a name for herself and is in the spotlight. Ivan knows that it is just a matter of time until his uncle will go after her again. So he decides it is time to put his plan to work. But will everyone get out alive?
These characters are beautifully written, and the story is heart-wrenching. I loved it. The ending is great and I feel for Alexei. I hope we get his story soon. I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review.
You can find her writing on her foldable keyboard and phone anytime inspiration strikes. Her sweet and steamy stories range from rockstars to small towns and everything in between. When she’s not writing, she’s playing with her three kids, running errands or vegging on the couch with the love of her life and biggest fan, her husband.
